• Company Registration (New Company Formation) $1,300 + GST

• Discretionary (Family) Trust (New Trust Formation) $900 + GST

• Superannuation Trust (SMSF) - note - we do not provide advice on whether or not you should set up a SMSF $3,000 + GST (Corporate Trustee)

• Service Agreement $500 + GST

Other Documents - Please note that the above forms are not the exhaustive list of documents we prepare. The other entity structure formation and documentation requests are more detailed and require a consultation prior to ordering.

Payment and Document Preparation - Once we have received the request for the entity formation or documentation, you will receive an invoice from us (please allow 24 hours for this to arrive in your inbox). Once payment has been received in full, and there are no further questions or clarifications required, documents are posted via express post within 48 hours. We will send you the tracking number of your documentation.
